The Perspective
Having spent 25 years immersed in diverse global cultures and languages, my approach to design is inherently inclusive. I build spaces where diversity is celebrated and unique experiences are leveraged to shape profound learning moments.
The Philosophy
Learning requires agency, curiosity, and productive friction. I design experiences that empower individuals to step into their autonomy, cultivate critical thinking skills, and build the question competency necessary to navigate a complex world.
The Science
Meaningful connection requires intentional architecture. My practice is rooted in cognitive psychology and neuroscience—specifically how the adult brain manages cognitive load, sustains attention, and transfers knowledge to new contexts. By balancing evidence-based challenge with robust support, I create equitable environments that build deeply resilient thinkers.
