I believe learning should do more than deliver information. It should help people build conceptual understanding, develop meaningful schemas, and apply learning in authentic contexts. My work integrates principles from the learning sciences, concept-based inquiry, and accessible design to create experiences that support meaningful transfer, sound judgment, and lasting change.
The Challenge
The organization needed a scalable way to transform the Dreamer–Planner–Doer (DPD) behavioral framework into scalable learning experiences that support communication, alignment, and professional growth.
The Design Response
Synthesized 200+ pages of persona framework source material into scalable instructional architecture within a larger certification pathway serving B2B and B2C audiences.
The Deliverables
Curriculum Architecture: Defined the learning sequence, competency progression, and instructional structure
Scenario-Based eLearning Modules: Applied behavioral concepts through authentic decision-making activities
Performance Framework: Mapped learner behaviors to workplace performance outcomes
Learner Evaluation Matrix: Designed evaluation criteria and evidence of transfer
Facilitated Webinar Materials: Developed session outlines, slidedecks, facilitator notes & participant materials
The Challenge
Community youth face increasing risks from trafficking scams, fraudulent job offers, and digital exploitation, yet access to structured protective education remains limited.
The Design Response
Designed and developed DEPDC's first dedicated safety awareness training program, a mobile-first multilingual learning program that combined an original decision-making framework, scenario-based eLearning, facilitator-led instruction, and community implementation resources to improve trafficking awareness across Northern Thai border communities.
The Deliverables
The Safe Pathways program comprises 3 integrated deliverables:
S.C.A.M. Model: Developed an original decision-making model that helps learners distinguish legitimate opportunities from trafficking, fraud, and exploitation
Scenario-Based Learning (Module 1): Designed a mobile-first learning experience featuring eight scaffolded scenarios grounded in trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices
Facilitator-Led Workshop (Module 2): Developed instructor materials, participant activities, and guided discussion resources for community-based implementation
